How do I clean and maintain my ENO hammock?
To clean your hammock, remove the carabiners and hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Hang it to air dry—never put your gear in a dryer as the high heat can damage the specialized nylon fibers.
What is the weight capacity of your suspension systems?
Our Atlas and Helios suspension systems are rated to safely support up to 400 lbs (181 kg). Always inspect your straps for wear and tear before every use to ensure maximum safety.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear for an upcoming weekend trip.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your hammocks safe for overnight camping?
Absolutely. Many of our customers use our DoubleNest or JungleNest hammocks for overnight backpacking. For the best experience, we recommend pairing your hammock with one of our rain tarps and bug nets.
